Return & Refund Policy


We strictly comply with European and North American consumer protection laws to provide you with a worry-free shopping guarantee.
Return Request Period
EU Customers: In accordance with EU consumer rights regulations, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for returns, calculated from the date you receive the merchandise.
US & Canadian Customers: We offer a 30-day return request period, calculated from the date you receive the merchandise.
Eligibility for Returns
Seed Products: We only accept returns of seeds that are unopened, in original undamaged packaging, and unused. According to EU and US seed regulations, opened seeds cannot be resold, so we are unable to accept returns of opened seeds. This is to prevent the spread of invasive species and pests/diseases, protecting the local ecological environment.
Non-seed Products (such as gardening tools, planting guides, etc.): Must remain unused and in original undamaged packaging.
Clearance / Promotion Items: Are not eligible for returns.
Return Process
Please contact our customer service email: info@awwgarden.com within the return period, providing your order number and the reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and return address within 24 hours.
Please send the item back to us. For shipping costs:
If it is our responsibility (such as wrong item shipped, damaged merchandise): We will cover the shipping cost and reimburse you for the postage.
If it is a return for your personal reason: The shipping cost will be borne by you.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
Damaged / Defective Item Handling
If you receive a damaged, defective item, or we shipped the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise, and provide photos of the item. We will arrange free reshipment or a full refund for you, no need to return the item.
Germination Issue Handling
If you experience germination issues with your seeds, please refer to our Customer Service Team. We will provide you with a dedicated after-sales solution, no need to return the seeds.
