Delivery Coverage
We currently offer shipping to the contiguous United States (48 states), Canada, and the 20+ EU member states. For orders to other international regions, we recommend contacting your local customs office and agricultural department before placing your order to confirm the regulations on seed imports, to avoid package seizure due to local legal restrictions.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. We prepare a Phytosanitary Certificate for every batch of seeds that meets the requirements of the destination country, to ensure smooth customs clearance. We do not process orders on weekends and public holidays.

Duties & Taxes
US Orders: All import taxes and duties are included in your order total. You will not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Canada & EU Orders: According to local regulations, if your order amount exceeds the local tax exemption threshold, customs duties and import VAT may apply. These fees are the buyer's responsibility, and we cannot estimate the exact amount in advance. Please be advised.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send the tracking number to your registered email, so you can check the logistics status of your package at any time. If your package has not arrived beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service. We will assist you in tracking the package, and for lost packages, we will arrange a full refund or reshipment for you.
Special Notes
All our seeds undergo strict pest and disease testing, complying with USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) and EU phytosanitary requirements. However, some regionsmay have additional restrictions on specific seed varieties. If your order is seized by customs due to these restrictions, please feel free to contact our customer team.
